Crime Rate
Crime is an unfortunate reality we must all deal with. Probably no neighbourhood is totally immune from the risk of crime, but you can make an educated decision about where to live by researching these details.
Quality Of Schools
School quality is an important factor for resale value. We evaluate school performance as determined by average test scores, graduation rates, spending per student and the percentage of college-bound students.
Business Prosperity
Growing Business is an excellent sign of prosperity in the community this effects homes values in a positive way; business renewing leases and new business are opening. the opposite would have a negative effect on home values.
Amenities

The lifestyle you lead will help determine the amenities that a neighbourhood/community should have to offer. Amenities should include; shopping transportation, parks and recreation, restaurants and nightlife, cultural institutions and nature resources as as parks or nature preserves.
