Tip
Not everyone is keen on our furry friends, see if a friend could baby sit your fur baby just until your open house is over. Keep in mind there are certain orders that are attached to our furry friends and potential buyers could be sensitive. Make sure to wipe down furniture with a wet cloth that will trap any animal hair that you cant see with the eye.
Tip
Do not cook your moms most loved dish the night before that makes the entire house infused with this smell. Remember to crack a few windows to let in the fresh air. Great little trick to play with your potential buyers sense of smell; put a few drops of vanilla extract warped in tinfoil and place in the oven on 350 degrees within 20 minutes the whole house will start to smell like fresh backed bread. um yum!

Adding fresh flowers throughout the home is calming and helps highlights the beauty of what your home has to offer. Even adding a pop of color with a few fresh lemons to the kitchen and dinning room tables can actually have a big impact in a good way.
